I understand that traditional therapy settings don't work for everyone. That's why I've created three unique ways for us to work together — each one designed to respect different needs, preferences and comfort levels.

In-Person • Outdoors

Walk & Talk Sessions

Gentle, reflective conversations that happen while walking outdoors. Movement helps many neurodiverse people think more clearly and express themselves more freely. The side-by-side format also reduces the pressure of constant eye contact.

We'll meet in a quiet, accessible location and walk at a pace that feels comfortable. There's no agenda other than creating space for you to explore what's on your mind.

This may be suitable for you if:

  • You think better when you're moving
  • Direct eye contact feels uncomfortable
  • You connect more easily with nature
  • Traditional office settings feel stifling
Online • Video Call

Zoom Meetings

Private, secure video sessions from the comfort of your own space. You get to control your environment, which can make it easier to be vulnerable and open. No commute, no unfamiliar rooms, no sensory overwhelm from new spaces.

Sessions are relaxed and conversational. You can choose to have your camera on or off, take breaks when needed and access support no matter where you are.

This may be suitable for you if:

  • You prefer your own familiar environment
  • Travel or commuting is difficult
  • You need flexible scheduling
  • You live outside of the service area
Online • Text-Based

Text-Based Support

Coaching through writing — for people who process better with words on a screen than words spoken aloud. You share your thoughts via text and I respond with questions, reflections and support. No pressure to respond immediately, no scrambling for the right words in the moment.

This may be suitable for you if:

  • You express yourself better in writing
  • Phone or video calls are difficult
  • You need time to process before responding
  • You like having a record of the conversation
